Profile and services

Located in Baar in the Swiss canton of Zug, Hotz & Goldmann is a collaborative, independent and modern law office with a clientele predominantly based in Switzerland. We provide legal advice and represent companies and private individuals alike in all economic and private affairs.

Our Hotz & Goldmann team are listed in the Lawyers' Register and admitted to all Swiss courts. We represent cases in national courts and arbitration courts and preferably work in German and English.

Quality, efficiency, creativity with a focus on finding tailor made solutions and creating optimum benefits for our clients are paramount to our work. Our goal is to provide our clients with added value by focusing on a personal relationship and continuity in our counselling. This means that in general our clients will always have the same contact person at their disposal.
